The Boston Area Rape Crisis Center is looking for a new full-time team member. The Manager of Clinical Services will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Program and the Clinical Intern Program, provide high quality clinical care to clients and develop innovative, new clinical programs while ensuring the highest quality of care to clients in alignment with BARCC’s mission and philosophy.  Candidates for this position must be a licensed clinician in Massachusetts. Center For Human Development:  Licensed Clinicians

CHD’s outpatient behavioral health services seek a Licensed Clinician (LICSW or Licensed Psychologist) with experience treating individuals with histories of MIPSB (Mental Illnesses and Problem Sexual Behaviors) and PSB. We are a multicultural clinic system with a commitment to high standards of care. We are seeking a clinician who is intrinsically motivated and excited about learning.  Clinic sites are newly renovated, safe, and comfortable work environments.

LICSW or Licensed Psychologist is required; salary is $55,000 per year with a weekly productivity expectation of 32 billable hours. Stevens Treatment Programs: Clinical Social Worker

Residential treatment program for adolescent boys with emotional and behavioral issues, including problem sexual behavior, seeks full time licensed Masters Level Clinician.  The clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management.  The clinician also chairs the interdisciplinary treatment team, and has the opportunity for involvement in program development.  Excellent supervision and training provided.

Requirements: MSW degree from accredited School of Social Work or equivalent; Massachusetts Social Work License (LCSW or LICSW) or LMHC; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to organize a variety of tasks. Schedule includes some evening and weekend hours.

Starting salary is $45,000 to $52,000 annually based on qualifications\experience, with a competitive benefits package, including 73% - 83% employer paid health\dental plan, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) plan with employer match, 11 paid holidays, and 3 weeks paid vacation leave annually.
